I started using this company for my custom print fabrics. After being very pleased with service on the first order they let me down badly for the second. Design were too busy to set up my artwork despite £15 per set up to tile a logo across the full print. They agreed to print if I provided the artwork. When I got the artwork done they took weeks to say it wasn't good enough quality. I have now has to refund my customers and lost 5 orders in total due to poor customer service.

I was shocked when l received the Irish towel l ordered the quality for the price is terrible. There is no way the towel would dry you.

I've ordered a number of infinity scarves from l s prints and they have been great quality and come in time until my last order which there has been delays in getting my order to me which resulted in lost sales the coyrue had I correct details and this has been dealt with by ls prints eventually they have refunded my £15.00 being refu dex

Awful service, lie about orders leaving when they havent, try to blame the couriers, not willing to take responsibilty for their own mistakes. Will be finding another printer for future orders
