Very bad, the Indian woman is very rude, as if she lacks training!!! She has no service mind, does not smile, and speaks rudely, rudely gestures, does not welcome customers at all. I can't walk around the shop comfortably because of her bad attitude towards customers. I will never go back to this shop again!😏

Rudest person I've ever met working there. Can't put it into words but she just decided to go against me in everything I said as soon as I entered the shop and then refused to even send my parcel. People like this shouldn't be around people let alone working in customer service. I hope this is solved so that I can actually access the service they claim to provide. However I'm sure this review will be deleted rather than the issue actually being addressed.

Came in to simply return a parcel. The lady on the post office counter was incredibly rude from the outset. No people skills whatsoever, and felt like she looked down her nose at me from the moment I walked in. In response to a simple question I got arrogance and a patronising response.

Just love the place. I travel from Newton Abbot to Liverton if I have to post anything.

Staff are always very friendly, and seem to be controlling social distancing quite well!

For a small country store the range of food and other basics is excellent!

This is a village shop a lot of Devon villages would die for.

The delivery service in this covid19 crisis has been brilliant. Generally have all you need and good prices too.
I'm wondering how I could check on fresh fruit & vegetables in stock, or just put an order in and see what I get?!!

NOT impressed with the new owners, no patients when my wife was counting out the change to pay for her goods with a huff and folded arms by the new owner whilst she paid. Last time we use this store.

Good store, very helpful staff. They manage social distancing etc really well. I feel safe going here to get food during this lockdown.
