32 Beeswax Blocks Are Not Cosmetic Grade, Poor Service
My 32 Beeswax Blocks arrived packaged directly into a postage bag, bag was ripped, the beeswax blocks were damaged and soiled. When I emailed Livemoor to explain I could not use these in my salves and soaps.....their response: 'We supply the beeswax for candle making.
We do have some customer who use the wax as an ingredient for making cosmetics, they will filter the wax through cloth, like muslin'. I have just checked the online description to find that the beeswax is already passed through muslin? Poor product, poor service! My recommendation, avoid ...waste of money and waste of time!

Unfortunately, I cannot rate the product, because I did not see me order after a month of waiting. Each time there was a different answer to numerous questions about where the package was. "International shipping is taking longer then usual at themoment with Royal Mail and the priority service has been affected due to the busy time of year, cyber incident, the recent strikes etc." No information about the order location. A replacement order was also not sent. Just lost me time and money

My order took two weeks to arrive. When it did, I found that most of the items I had ordered were missing. It also seems that the only reason that all of LiveMoor's products have 5 star reviews on their website is because they choose not to show/ verify any reviews from unsatisfied customers. (The only way I was able to get a review verified was by giving it 5 stars.)

A company that actually delivers to the Scottish Highlands without charging an IV postcode tax. We, in the Highlands are often penalised with postage and I will be telling anyone that asks me about craft supplies to order from LiveMoor. Their product arrived quickly and safely being well packaged and also, exactly what I ordered. Very happy customer.

The delivery was much delayed and took about 3 weeks to arrive. Additionally, one of the items never arrived and they had to refund me.

The products are good, and I do understand that there are delays at the moment. The main issues I have are that their website stated it would be despatched in 5-7 days, when it took 2.5 weeks to despatch; and that when I queried the status after the 7 days had passed and there hadn't been a despactch notification they took a long time to respond and stated that it took 5-7 days to despatch.

I just think the professionalism and customer services need to be improved. The products I have no issue with. I just wish they'd been upfront about delivery times, as although I would order them again, I'm not sure I'd trust them enough to recommend to a friend.

I've made a few purchases from Livemoor. I've always been pleased with the speed of processing my orders and how quickly they are delivered, usually only a couple of working days. The prices are good and i usually have a 10% discount code so even better. Even better is the free delivery and the fact they don't add extra VAT on to everything like some companies, so what you order is what you pay. if you're thinking of getting a large amount of stuff it's worth doing a price comparison on the final price, i bet Livemoor are the best.
