What can I say, only been recently and what a great set of guys. So had issue with gears after setting up derailleur . Set up spot on but slipped, long story short the rear micro spline hub bearing failed (wobbled ). Pretty poor for 200 miles but that’s another story(eMTB).
So left bike, sorted it at a very reasonable price (very reasonable ). Text me 5:15, shut 5:30pm. I live 9 mile away and it’s Friday !
I wanted to be out in the morning . Rang quick, they waited for me and stayed open(front door not serving ). Even returned some pedals for me whilst there. Thank you Andrew the mechanic for everything and big thanks to Leo for waiting for me and sorting the pedals. Going the extra mile and some. I can’t recommend the bury branch enough. There is a huge negative though, it’s impossible to go without spending money. Great range of accessories and bikes. My next bike will be from them, that orbea is calling my name(see pic ). Thanks again 6 stars of I could .🙏🏻😎👍🏻

Just purchased a new emtb from Dave Jones at Leisure lakes in Bury. Great service, really helpful (as were the other members of staff ) was able to look at lots of bikes in a small frame which is so unusual for us smaller ladies and never felt pressured into getting something that wasn't just what I wanted. Was able to PX my old emtb , which you know you're not going to get retail money for, but you're not going to get messers, scammers and robbers either. Great experience with lots of bikes to choose from. Dave was very patient with all my faffing and questions!

Called into your Bury shop on the look out for a E-bike although been cycling for years e-bikes are a complete new thing to me . George L the store assistant could not off been more helpful very knowledgable and if he didn’t know he found out . found a bike. done the deal Picked up today. Been today to pick a bike with my 11 year old for his birthday. A big thanks to Sam for helping us pick out his new specialized bike. Just been back to collect the same day and my lad is over the moon. And a massive thanks for sorting my husbands bike when they arrived so they could ride home together. Been visiting the shop for many years and all staff are excellent in giving advice and customer service.
Antony is always a great help in buying products and new bikes with all the new technology that is coming out and very helpful advice .
