Absolute disgrace making there own prices up as they go along. Charged me £25 for a hoodie 8 standard letters. I then went in yesterday to have the same letters printed on my own hoodie he charged me £15 when I questioned him about it he said I can make my own price’s up. Extremely rude on the phone beware of this place. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I went today and even though they were very very busy they took their time to make sure the pictures were perfectly cut and looked amazing while helping me choose which photos, his customer service was excellent! Thank you for my key ring and photo frame! Doing an amazing job guys

Extremely rude. I visited the store at Whitehorse Leeds. We were deciding a design on an order and the man serving us was extremely rude. He Told us that he had a lot of work to do and told us that he cannot mind read. He was absolutely ridiculous, no customer service at all and would never return to shop there. Very disrespectful and no manners.

Awful guy who owns it apparently.. prices are not worth what you get. Talks rudely to paying customers and doesn't give refunds so of I was you I would my business elsewhere....somewhere where people respect you and your money. The thing i ordered was a gift but the way he dealt with me was absolutely disgusting. I definitely would not recommend this place after today's ordeal. Spoilt my day and my mood for no reason. Said they had been really busy which was a total lie too. No wonder people say bad things about him.

How terribly rude! An error printed on a Mother's Day mug I purchased for my boys to give to their mum.

Only discovered the error the next day however when I called the shop. Got nothing but rudeness and how it was my fault his colleague made the error and how I was a liar?

Apparently even though he (Ilyas) wasn't there he was adamant his staff would have asked me to approve it.

This didn't happen as he asked me to spell it out two times.

All this anger and rudeness... 🙄

Really over a £10 mug? I was astonished.

Anyway just an insight into my experience. Never to be repeated with this cowboy outfit again.
