So never used Kapow toys but was recommended as a place to sell off transformers i didnt want.
So i tested with one particular bot to recieve 2 worded answer "no sorry"

I would of expected a bit more info and as to why and how they work and what i need to. Which is how i would work using my customer service knowledge. I see responses on here are a few heated from reviewers and staffs responses. If i recieve one, i will take it to management at the company

Trust me, ive spent years reading reviews from employers, employees, customers, teachers, kids, parents, families, friends, the publc and other sectors. My work has been sport coaching related in the UK and further around the world, teaching, bar and restaurant work, mental health/diversity/inclusion and finally leader in sports, consultancy to businesses i.e. directors, a lead adult mentor and finally customer service specialist. . Please respect that when you respond as i will respect you!

This is just advice and to sort your comms out as has put me off when i have more bots to sell.

Kapow were really understanding and helpful with my purchase. I pre-ordered months ago and paid a deposit only fee at the time. Then the figure came into stock and needed the sizeable balance settling before dispatch. Unfortunately I didn’t have that kind of money at the time, but Kapow were kind enough to allow me to wait until payday to settle up the balance. Delivery was very speedy after payment, figure arrived safe and sound and now has pride of place in the cabinet.

Ordered a transformers to Germany and there was a problem with the item. Was afraid because of the bad reviews but after a couple of emails I got to speak with a representative Charlotte Rose and she made the effort of meeting me halfways. I would recommend them, specially if buying from the UK as overseas there is always more difficulties with customs and shipping when it comes to find a solution. A business with good customer service is a good business and I am glad I bought from a company with good customer service.

I’ll try and keep this as concise as possible. Trust me, this review was longer, but if you are wondering about buying from Kapow, read this.

Kapow may well be one of the best collectible sites in the UK. If not even further afield.

I only found them recently. I was looking to pick up some TMNT Last Ronin figures and pre-order the upcoming ones.
Why did I choose Kapow?

First, their SEO seems to be on point, as a searched for the figures in question, Google brought them up in my top ten suggestions when trying to buy the figure. This immediately tells me that someone knows what they are doing with their business and knowledgeable enough to maximise discoverability.

Next. An easy one. They had one of the best prices for the figure I wanted.

The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find what I came for in seconds.

The shipping costs are VERY reasonable, especially given that Kapow use, in my opinion, the most reliable courier in the UK, DPD. This comes in the form of 1–2-day delivery, although both my orders so far have been delivery next day.

Given the above few points, I was able to make my purchase, add on, what ended up being next delivery and it was still cheaper than the next 20 alternatives.

But cheaper doesn’t mean a lesser standard of customer service.
OH NO.

My items were processed and dispatched quickly, an emails I sent were replied to in a timely manner and even when I made a quickly phone call to see if I was too late for that days cut off, the call was answered quickly and I got a quick and simple answer without waiting in a queue or picking option 1, then 3, then 5 etc.
Packaging was top notch. A sturdy box, with bio-degradable air pockets to protect your purchases.

This company care just as much about their products as you do. THAT’S RARE.

Early in my career, I was once told “Perfection isn’t some impossible unreachable thing, it’s just lots of little things done right”.

The fact that on the INFO section of the shipping label, under INFO, I had one parcel that said “Thundercats Hooooo!” and another saying “By The Power of Grey Skull”. Its these little things that earn my trust. This company just gets it. They’re genuine.

This, and all the above is why I choose Kapow now and in the future. And why I think you should also support this company, now and for years to come.

Small Message to The KAPOW Team.
For you, it may just be selling toys and collectibles. To me, it means much more.

I have, for the past 14 month been recovering from a serious illness, which led me to multiple surgeries, months of pain, and even a bout of sepsis after the medical staff missed a staph infection after one of my surgeries.

I’ve been fighting through pain, exhaustion, frustration, depression, and a long mix of emotions. But the small things are what have gotten me through. Those things to get excited about, to look forward to.

Those bright spots in a cloudy day. Thank you for your great service so far and for the years to come.

I've been a customer of Kapow Toys almost since their inception and they have never let me down once. The owner and his staff are always courteous and eager to help you in any way they can. Problems in my experience have been rare and are resolved quickly.

Excuse me but that isn’t Christopher Kirk, I am. And I don’t appreciate you commenting my full name on others posts when full names can be rather private.
But you have literally JUST proven that, you, Andy are truly a snotty person.
TERRIBLE Customer Service and have no respect for the customers but get irritate easily and responds back to emails out of hours.
I have purchased various of times; the customer service used to be so friendly but now are totally unprofessional to a point of bullying. Much better off at Comic & Cocktails, OmegaLock, Infinity Collectables, Magic Madhouse, Forbidden Plant in the UK alone. There’s also BigBadToyStore, Hobby Link Japan, RoboToyBase and many more.
I would advise buyers to look at purchasing elsewhere, as Kapow Toys are unreliable, unprofessional, gaslighting me in emails and look to calling you out by name on other people’s posts. (See Review before).

I had never used Kapow Toys until this week. I called the company to ask various questions about the item I was going to purchase. I have to say the customer service was excellent from Andy. The item was dispatched and recieved in 48 hours. The item was well packaged for transit and had no issues at all. I would highly recommend Kapow Toys to anyone. I will definatly be using again.
