The first part of my order arrived a bit worse for wear, I contacted customer services and they couldn't be more helpful, I had forgotten abut the missing part for a few days, after contacting them again i got the rest the next day and a phone call to ensure it had arrived. 5 star service!!!! can't ask for much more. Thank you so much.

I have been dealing with Dhiren to order my office chair. Since ordering it he has been extremely helpful and professional in ensuring I get the chair as soon as. I really wanted my office chair and he was communicating the whole time and giving me an update as to when it would arrive. Dhiren himself came and dropped the chair to my house making sure I was satisfied with it. I also needed some assistance in building the chair and he was not hesitant to help me. I have recommended to the rest of my NHS team and will do to all my family and friends if they want any office equipment. Thank you Dhiren and keep up the good work 🙂
