Thank you for friendly and warm atmosphere and staff! Very clean floor and toilets. We are happy that we chose this place to celebrate birthday of our 2 years old son. Fun time for kids and relaxing time for parents. Another big Thank You for a Chef and congratulations for such a yummy food!

We celebrated my son’s third birthday at Jungle Monkeys in Shepherd’s Bush, W12, and it was a fantastic experience overall! The staff were excellent, the activities were so much fun, and the kids had an amazing time. The food was very tasty, both for adults and children, which was a big highlight.

The only downside was that the adult food was very delayed, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, this can be improved for future events.

Despite that, I would highly recommend Jungle Monkeys in Shepherd’s Bush for children’s parties—it’s a wonderful venue!

It was lovely! Only note would be for staff to check for mess regularly as some wrappers were thrown about and my son who is in his eating anything phase tried to eat one. Other than that it was clean and fun.

This is one of the worst soft plays I have ever been to and the only soft play my child has ever asked to leave. It was claustrophobic, overcrowded, and incredibly loud. We could only handle staying for about 30 minutes of our two hour session. I am no stranger to noisy soft plays but this was on another level. Perhaps it was just a specific group of overly excited kids that we encountered during our visit , but if that’s the case the staff should have stepped in.
