Cannot rate them high enough!
We booked a birthday party for our son, however we accidentally booked wrong location. They went above and beyond to help us even though they were fully booked.
They ensured our son had the best time!

Really lovely visit today. Firstly, customer service on the phone was amazing! Parking was a bit of nightmare as it’s limited but staff were friendly and drinks reasonably priced for a place like this. We had a fab time overall

We came here today (2 boys 11&13 ) we had a great time, pizzas were lovely, hot drinks and slushies. The staff work really hard and were really helpful and polite.. I was a little unsure after reading a few bad reviews but we had a great time and will definitely return 😊

Been here before and enjoyed it. This time round ordered food, the table next to us waited 1 hour for chicken nuggets and chips. We ordered two hot dogs and chips. After half an hour decided to ask how long only to find out the order had not been put through. How does this happen. It feels like the place is being run solely by teenagers.

Went during school holiday, so expected it to be busy but oh boy.... It was so packed that you could hardly move, no available sitting, parents were standing on stairs, corridors, everywhere for the whole duration of their kids session. Witnessed 6 minor accidents in 20 minutes. When questioned staff about their capacity for the place and how many people are in, and if it is safe, just been told they are full, but kept letting people in to the jumping area minutes before they called out the kids from previous session. With only 1 kid/trampoline ratio as rules, no brainer that there were much more people in than should be. Absolute disgrace for raised ticket price during holiday and I am not even going in to the cleanliness of the place... Defo last visit from us.

Disappointed with the way the place is kept and run. Sure, there's plenty to bounce on and it seems really fun ! But it's overcrowded, not super hygienic and extremely loud. The staff is quite young and most of them don't want / know how to deal with children; they watch out for injuries but didn't get involved when our kids got bullied by teenagers, despite them reporting numerous times. Probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Matty was amazing in the cafe, and matt on the trampolines was very helpful and funny. holly was also very helpful. the mangers seemed to have a very organised ship put together. would recommend.

So much fun for the kids and the adults, they also have great food and lush drinks to keep you cool!
