I bought a tambour handle and 5 hooks of different sizes, 1 to 6. Hook N 5 arrived damaged. In the receipt the Seller wrote " Shorter hook (collar cut off), still works the same! ". The handle did not look new.
I contacted the Seller, their reply was "Sorry none of the hooks are 2nd hand! They have been cut down because most people prefer to work with a shorter hook in the U.K.".
That did not make sense, as only one hook out of five arrived shortened. When I asked for replacement, the Seller emailed "Please send everything back and I will refund you. The handle is certainly NOT 2nd hand. You have insulted me. "
