If I could give 6 stars, I would. Through no fault of their own there was a problem with our order. The rectified it immediately and to our total satisfaction. And to boot, the product (rope) is excellent and better than other similar products we've previously bought

Got 5x lengths 15 meters Natural jute rope seems good quality. However comes in much unnecessary plastic shrink packaging round the rope and plastic bags completely not needed for this type of thing. Please look into less unnecessary packing in future.

Appalling customer service. Called in to make basic enquiries on some gold twine and pick up a few supplies and left with none as it seemed too much trouble to discuss. The office manager needs to go to charm school
