We came up from Plymouth today to visit Itown for the first time and I’m so glad we did! Our toddler absolutely loved it, I’ve never seen her so happy, although I think my husband had just as much fun! 😂 it’s so clean, the lady working there was constantly going round tidying up and cleaning in the toilets etc. The food was delicious and very fairly priced. I believe you can order via an app which is so handy but we went up to the counter to
Order food which was no problem. All of the staff were SO friendly and attentive. I love that it’s for all ages too so we will definitely be back in the half term with our older girls who will also love it! The hand dryers are really quiet which was a small touch but great for my daughter who is triggered by loud noises. I love that they have unisex toilets, really handy. Cannot fault this place at all and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our grandchildren enjoyed it. However, the coffee prices there are extortionate. Could not see the coffee prices displayed anywhere. Ordered 2 coffees and a cake. When I checked the receipt the coffee was £3.60 a cup. What we received was 2 paper type cups and when we picked them up it felt like there was hardly anything in them. Took the lids off and the cups had only been filled to nearly half way. We didn't say anything to the girl who delivered them to us as thought it must be right as she would have thought something was wrong herself when she lifted the cups. At the price charged the least they could do was fill the cup up! Absolute rip off

Absolutely wonderful stress-free Birthday Party.

Had my son’s 5th Birthday Party here today and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The team were all fantastic, so friendly and professional. The party room looked fabulous with the table already set up with colourful party ware and they’d thought of everything: a personalised decoration, a badge, a speaker, party lights, colourful plates, hats, napkins etc. Plenty of food to serve all the kids and have some leftovers for us to take home.

I initially thought it was a bit expensive but actually it cost about the same as last years party when I hired a hall with a bouncy castle package and catered myself (although we did limit the number of children more this year). It was so much easier it was well worth the money in my opinion.

My son had decided on an iTown party after going to a friend’s birthday there and having a great time. I suspect we’ll be back again for his friend’s parties as they all had a fabulous time.

My daughter celebrated her 2nd birthday here today with friends and relatives aged10 months to 4. We all had the absolute best time. The party was well organised and I literally had to do the bare minimum.

Everyone agreed it was a brilliant day had by all and the best thing about it was no organisation or cleaning up from me. From the initial phone call to organise the party until we left the staff were amazing. So kind and helpful and made the day super special. Would highly recommend having a party here.

This is a great place to go to as they have lots of different options of themed play areas and they've really thought about it too. My 15 month old loves it, and we do more now she can walk. The cafe on site is amazing. All the food is homemade and the cakes are great. I can't praise this place as much as a 4 only due to the fact it can be cold in the place itself, what with high ceilings and concrete floors, so I would recommend extra layers.

My son had a lovely 5th birthday with his friends. However, they forgot food orders. My husband paid £16 per additional child we had 3 £48 on top of £130 which seemed excessive. But the part that really upset me was I was intimidated by an older woman as I was leaving with my baby about how the tinsel decorations in the party room had been damaged and I needed to pay for that damage? These children are 4 and 5 years old. I was unaware that the decorations were so delicate/ precious or that it was my responsibility to police it? These were tinsel type decorations which are so tempting to touch for young children, I’d have thought an establishment like itown understood young children?

We had our 5 year olds party here and it was great!!! The children loved the role play rooms and the party room was so well decorated with personalised banner and a birthday card with a voucher also! Plenty of food that the children loved and disco lights to play games after eating. Highly recommend.

My little boy absolutely loved his first experience here today , so much he didn't want to leave. So we will definitely be returning as regular customers. After reading reviews, I'm really struggling to see why some people are being so harsh they have been open for a few weeks max , negative reviews can be so damaging to a new buisness. Who really cares if they are like bear town? Anyway we loved it and the rooms are beautiful and so creative, the paintings and details were fantastic and the staff were so helpful , friendly and happy. Im so excited that such a lovely place has opened just around the corner from me and my little man. We can't wait to visit again soon 😄
