All staff at IncDot go above and beyond.
We have used them numerous times over many years for our business needs but more importantly for Order of Services for our loved ones. Inc Dot Design and Print in York have been looking after our company’s print requirements for a number of years now. The fact that we have never needed to engage any other supplier in that time is testimony to the excellent service we have received. In the 25 years that my small design company has been operating, it hasn’t always been easy to find a digital printer that offers low-volume print runs that meet the exacting standards of quality demanded by our clients but at an affordable price. Inc Dot have always managed to achieve that for us and I have never needed to query the quality of the product or the cost. The assistance and technical expertise I have received from the team at Inc Dot is exceptional. They are more than just an efficient team, they a self-styled ‘family’ of enthusiasts who take great pride in their work. No job is too small, each project is treated with same degree of importance and professionalism. I have always received a friendly welcome whenever I visit to discuss a project and the help and technical advice which is freely offered is greatly appreciated. I enjoy receiving the occasional company updates and news by email and I especially like the ‘giveaways’ that are often provided, (such as pens, notepads, calendars, jotters, desk planners etc) - well who doesn’t like a freebie! You feel as though your custom is valued and your loyalty is truly appreciated. So many companies could learn a thing or two from the way that Inc Dot do things. They are often small things, but they make a difference. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else, and you shouldn't either!. Absolutely 5 Stars from me, 6 if I could!
