I was recommended to work with these guys a couple of months ago and I don’t regret having called to work with them. Juan is my point of contact and he’s great, he’s on time, and he’s honest! It’s truly hard to find a company or someone to work with that really cares and will take the time to go out of their way for you. Well that’s exactly what I got here and I was really happy with the service that they gave me. I had a special request that they were able to help do it and really happy with them. I’m a local guy and I use a lot of different businesses here and I’m just here to say that they were very good business and I will trust in them again. Great job on my logo

After speaking with the owner and he expressed he was still interested in our business, we gave him another chance. Since we wrote him, we have not heard back from him. He never mentioned this $200 charge in writing or in person. He has never called or messaged, explaining there was an issue with my files. One time, in the first few days, he said there was an issue and I fixed the issue. After that, I never heard back from the company. I messaged daily and never received a correspondence back. Correct we did not have an appointment. I emailed the company and asked that my items be allowed to be picked up because no one was responding and again no one responded so we came to the facility to pick up our belongings. When my employee showed up Juan said there was a communication barrier which was also false as my employees first language is Spanish and spoke Spanish to the staff. All I have received from this company was empty promises and zero communication. Wholeheartedly I had high hopes for Juan and thought he would make it right after I gave him a second chance but he again showed zero regard. Very Very disappointing experience with this company and the way they treat customers.

I don't write reviews but this company was a total disappointment. The owner was doing samples for baby clothes I have and never responded to me with updates. I sent emails and texts and he said he was back in the country and working on it. After over two weeks, I had an employee pick up the items and nothing was done. Juan the owner refused to speak to her. Juan has zero regard for other businesses or people trying to give him business. Very unprofessional.

Some people are meant to be business owners , and Juan is definitely one of those people. I called around a dozen different custom apparel places before I stumbled upon Juan and I wish I had found him sooner. We placed an order for 35 shirts and needed them done in less than 48 hours and he delivered. We then placed an order for another 130 shirts immediately after and they were able to turn those around for us in 3 business days! Everyone else quoted me 7-10. From his enthusiasm over the phone, to the execution and responsiveness, to his quality of work! I plan to do much more business with the Imperial team!

EDIT: ORDERED ANOTHER 28 shirts from Juan for a kickball tournament and he did his thing again. Although our team lost we definitely had the best jerseys out there!
