Fabulous customer service from start to finish. We immediately felt at ease and spent a long time trying out all the sofas and didn't feel rushed or pressurised at all. Very knowledgeable and honest, down to earth advice along with a really good price. Communication regarding the delivery and installation was also first class. The driver rang in advance before he arrived and did a great job installing the sofa even though it was a new model that they had not built before. All in all first class service from start to finish and I can't recommend highly enough.

Unfortunately, we could not find a sofa close to where we live.
After I found this place online, we were in the car shortly after.
We arrived a little over an hour later and knew it was worth it.
The selection is huge, the service is top class,
guys help with everything!
The first place where we found not just one but several sofas suitable for our small living room.
In addition, we were lucky, the guys said that they would deliver to the neighborhood the very next day ( also work on Sunday!!!!), so offered to bring ours to us as well.

After twice touring around all of the sofa shops in Accrington, Blackburn, Burnley, Nelson & Colne we "Googled" and thankfully found the Home Living Outlet hidden away in Accrington.
There's lots of choice and we found a style with a material/colour option that suited us both but the sizes were not quite right for our lounge.
Speaking to both Barry and Jordan they offered to make a corner suite to our sizes and delivery would be approx. six weeks and the price was very reasonable.
The suite was delivered and our old one was taken away earlier than expected and we are both very pleased with the quality, workmanship and comfort.
It was a most pleasurable experience to find two young men that are really going the extra mile to ensure that they can deliver what the customer wants.

Were really good with my son who's neurodivergent, my son fell in love with a sofa, Jordan & Barrie helped show him different models and even rearranged some instore to show him how they'd look. Stupidly I'd measured my room wrong so the one we wanted wouldn't fit, but no problem, Jordan ordered us a smaller version, kept in touch to let us know about delivery, and sorted out the scatter cushions which the manufacturer had sent the wrong ones. Both Jordan & Barrie are really friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive and have a big range of sofas, bed etc for you to choose from.

Our experience from start to finish has been nothing short of exceptional. Our sofas are beautiful and the quality is perfect. The service we have received from ensuring we could choose exactly what we wanted including a made to measure option which we have never been offered anywhere else was amazing. We would highly recommend them and they are right on our doorstep !! They kept in contact with us throughout and the delivery time was the best ever at around 3 weeks. That was to make a large sofa, a loveseat and a corner sofa to specific measurements !!! If I could give more than 5* I would. Thank you so much. We are very happy !
