Very good store that has all needs to crafting ! Embroidery, stitching and crochet! Painting sketching , colouring and so much more. They have very nice prices compared to normal prices.there is one thing that is £20 but in hobby craft it was £7.50!

Outstanding Customer Service by Saamira!

I visited Hobbycraft Watford today and was really impressed by the customer service. The store was busy, and there was a long queue at the till. Saamira, the young lady at the checkout, was on her own and had to deal with a particularly difficult customer. Despite the pressure, she remained calm, professional, and polite throughout, handling the situation with patience and a positive attitude.

Great store! Huge range of all arts and all types of crafts with everything you could want! Worth a visit as there are bits and pieces inside to inspire you which you wouldn’t necessarily look for. Generally items where priced cheaper then Amazon online abd better quality. Got some stuff for a scrap book. The staff where all very friendly inside and showed me around as I was looking for stuff. 5 stars for quality, choice and customer service.

The staff do not seem to know what is on the shelves. Their training is very inadequate.
In addition, some painting items are not there. Considering the size of the shop, this is a pity. I often have to resort to go to The Range or order on Amazon.

My daughter loves this store! They've got a lot of variety catering for different hobbies and pastimes. It's quite busy here most of the time, but free parking on site, and plenty of people working there so the queue is never too long. I would happily visit again, great service!
