A marvelous hobby shop for all your craft needs.... I do wonder how one item which is essentially the same as another item can be almost exactly double the price but that's business... Very well stocked shop and full of assistants if you need support on finding anything in store..... There is also a customer lift to access the first flaw if you are in need of accessibility needs

Visited today to buy some art supplies, got a sketchbook, a set of nice pencils and a putty eraser, the layout of the shop changed quite a lot since I have last visited over two years ago. The staff members were chirpy and friendly, quite chatty and guided me to the art sections which I was looking for, the location is nice and clean, there is access to the support if the customer is disabled and needs support accessing the upper floor. The items are regularly restocked and good quality, the thickest notebooks is around 260gsm which can handle paintwork without the paper wrinkling or falling apart, they have a wide range of items to buy including, but not limited to the sewing machines, wool, fabrics, wide range of painting media, etc. Would recommend to any art supply maniac like myself as the prices are also decent.

Super helpful and friendly staff. At the till my 2 year old son fell in his trike (no fault of the store) and hit his head hard on the floor. Staff came over instantly to assist me, asked me if we needed help to the car, or even a drink of water. Once I was at the car I got upset, and a nice girl (I think her name was Beth) came out to check if I was OK and gave me a cuddle and assure me it wasn't my fault. Such lovely staff. (Sidenote we got my son checked at the hospital and he's ok). Huge thank you to the staff for their help.

I was really disappointed at the prices of yarn when I visited here, I live in Burnley and can get it for £2.49 from a small business so I automatically thought given the size of this place they could offer it cheaper seeing as aldi can offer it for £1.29. For the same size I get it was £4! Wasted journey and very disappointing. Won't be coming back. Not sure how people who earn a living selling crafts are meant to make ends meet with prices like that there.

Highly recommended store. It is clean and still upholds covid 19 safety standards. Nice and helpful staff.
