CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS – DECEPTIVE OFFERS & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I saw a 3-for-2 offer on yarns, but I was charged full price at checkout. When I questioned it, the staff dismissed me without checking and claimed the offer had "never existed." I had to go back, take photos, and prove it myself before they reluctantly refunded me—zero apology, zero accountability.

Staff:
Younger staff – Friendly and helpful.
Senior staff – Lazy, dismissive, and unwilling to assist.

Yarn Selection: Disappointing. Limited colours, poorly organised, and not as advertised.

Final Verdict: False advertising and lousy service. Check your receipts and shop elsewhere!

I like this place because it has all sorts of crafts. The aisles are not clear enough to know where things are, but the staff are friendly and helpful. I do find that a lot of products are overly priced, but when you need to get something quick instead of waiting for online deliveries elsewhere, it's the only option.

They have a nice selection of art and craft materials. Jill on the till is always friendly. My only complaint is their prices are quite high compared to other high street craft suppliers. They've also stopped stocking Tulip fabric paints, which is a shame.

Great retail experience ! They have all kinds of everything here - staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and keen to make good alternative suggestions if item not in stock.

Thanking the staff here for prepping my click and collect order while pointing me to the extensive collection of Cricut goodies upstairs.
The manager was a darling letting me know about her upcoming Ideal Honme Show presentation and About different materials to use with the Glowforge machine and the Cricut machine blade differences, a real maestro of the craft of hobbying for sure.
Found some bottles to craft for 50p too
...
If you can walk in and out without finding a deal, a bargain or a new item then good luck.

Nice big store, staff are always helpful and knowledgeable and seem to know exactly where stuff is. Been many times for my amazing girlfriend and she loves it here.

Very good place to buy varieties of arts and craft. The store is 2 level.
The only downside about the store is not enough staff.
The store requires more staff and requires shelves to be stacked with good (not empty)
