Prices are nuts, I wonder how it's legal on most things. Some things I think are reasonably priced. Most of the staff are friendly and engaging. I purchased a sewing machine set from there a month ago and I'm still quite happy with it 😁

I can’t fault the service in Honbycraft, the staff are always super helpful and knowledgeable but I find the products a bit hit and miss. Great cake boxes and boards however I bought a sugar thermometer which just stopped at a lower temperature and wouldn’t show any higher, clearly faulty and a staff member told me she wouldn’t buy equipment from there so that says it all really! Good for emergency supplies when I don’t have time to wait for delivery.

Ordered items via click and collect that was only available at this store. Received email saying that the order was ready so made the 30 minute drive only to be told they can't find the item.
Very disappointing especially after receiving notification it was ready to collect.

Awful experience. Couldn't find several items that I needed, nor could I find any shop floor staff. I had queue to have a question answered. I mentioned there was no one on the shop floor and I got a filthy glare from the manager behind the till. I said I needed washi tape. Without turning round she snarled 'we don't sell that stuff' I then asked for low tack tape and got no response. There was another nice girl behind the talls that took me and showed me where the tapes were, sadly there was nothing available, odd for a craft shop, low tack tape is used regularly for many different crafts. My experience was not good. I will not be returning. Rude beyond belief!!
