I had that drink last night, I had an incredible sleep and felt a lot more alert and rested when I woke up, slept for 9 and half hours straight through! Would 100% recommend it to anyone! Also being a type 1 diabetic things may say they sugar free etc and still small amounts in, this drink didn’t effect my blood sugar at all!

Personally speaking, Hibern8 is the best sleep product I have used to date. I have found that with previous products I have used (from different brands) that I don’t really feel any benefit to sleep quality, I wake up feeling groggy or they just don’t taste very nice.

With hibern8 I feel like my sleep quality is significantly better, no grogginess when I wake and the taste of both the lemon & ginger, and blackcurrant are great.

I also work for a professional rugby league club, and the athletes that use hibern8 swear by it and have bought it themselves
