Can’t recommend Max highly enough. He has framed 2 pieces for us so far - a large Hockney and a vintage football scarf. Both times his advice was invaluable, the work was brilliant and done at the most reasonable price we could have hoped for. Will definitely be back again

I have had several pictures and photographs framed at Headrow Gallery in recent years, the latest one being earlier this month. Owner Max is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He is able to listen carefully to customers' needs and desires and make recommendations accordingly. For example, this last time, we discussed the best type of glass for the framing of a photograph of mine and decided upon a particular type of non-reflective glass because of the way the light shines into the room where I'll be hanging it. Max's advice was spot on and the photo looks great.

Max and the picture framer (who I've never met as he is always in a back room somewhere busily framing!) offer a high-quality service at a reasonable price. The speed at which he is able to complete the work (in my case earlier this month, just a day or two) in no way implies a lowering in the quality of the work carried out.

Highly recommended for anyone wanting to buy a picture or get one framed. The shop also sells beautiful greetings cards.

I have had a number of pieces framed here and have always been incredibly happy with the results. Max is an absolutely lovely guy and has a deep knowledge of his craft. Wholeheartedly recommend.

As of writing this (08/07/2020) they are open for business and there's even the option to make private evening appointments. Everything set up very well for a safe experience (hand sanitiser, floor markings, plastic shield at the counter).

Its not often you finds service that goes that extra mile, buying my picture over the phone after seeing it on the website was very easy with friendly service. It was only when I received the painting and saw the care and attention to the packaging to ensure it wasn't damaged, that I realised how much attention the Headrow pays to giving their customers a great service.
