Kate is a legend and she has been AMAZING throughout the process of my order. The packaging is also priced well and great if you run an e-com brand. Everything was done so quickly and efficiently! Will always be using Hallmark from now on!

I have had pleasant experience with Kate up until we have discovered that their email was hacked. After that point all communication was quite aggressive and experience very negative. It was incredibly difficult for us to get them to admit that it was their fault of being hacked, but Hallmark will not take responsibility for loosing our money, which has been sent to the fraudulent account, sent from their email address to pay for the invoice with their logo in advance for printed bags. And considering the fact, that it was not first time the invoice was amended and resent, because Kate forgot to add extra charge for printing plate, it was easy to believe that Kate has messed up with the account numbers as well. We did pay the invoice in good faith and expected our order to be fulfilled. But it is not the case. At this point we do not have the money and have no bags, which is quite disappointing coming from the company with such a good references. But obviously customer care is not their strongest virtue. I would not consider them as a business who takes good care of their customers. And I would not order from them ever again. I would recommend to anyone thinking about doing business with them to consider other options first.
