We shopped around and had other companies come to our home to show us their product. However, we chose Gotcha Covered because of Jon’s wonderful customer service, explaining their products and price. He was not pushy at all, easy to schedule and pay online was easy too! The gentleman who installed it (I’m sorry I forgot his name) was so sweet, very professional and a very proud dad also! Met Becky at home and garden show and she was awesome. She came to my new home and worked with me to place wood cordless blinds, plantation shutters, solar powered shades 20 ft height and luminous coverings for my slider. Great experience! Gotcha Covered responded quickly to my request for a consultation. Becky came out to my home and walked me through all my options and offered up great solutions to my needs for various blinds and shades. There were a couple small things wrong when the blinds were installed but were pointed out to me by the installer and he had already called Becky to remedy the issue. I was definitely in good hands. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again!

The team at Gotcha Covered provided excellent customer service. Becky helped me select shades for my whole house, and curtain panels for two rooms along with pillos. She worked with my budget and my own material (for the curtains). I couldn't be happier. I plan to order more curtains from here in the near future.

We were looking for blinds for our new house and stopped by Gothcha Covered’s booth at the Home & Garden Show in Columbus. We liked what we saw at the show and asked them to come to the house and give us an estimate. Becky and Jon O’Meara were very easy to work with. Becky listened closely to our needs and made very good suggestions, helping us decide on the type of blinds, colors and fabrics that best worked in our house. Jon did a very good job measuring our windows and hanging the blinds. They looked super when he was done. We would highly recommend Becky and Jon to anyone looking for blinds. It was clear from the start that they wanted us to be happy with our new blinds and we are. We like the way they look and feel that we received good value for our money.

We had a problem with too much afternoon and evening sunlight coming through the skylights in our living room. Becky came and discussed possible options for blinds to solve the problem. She was very helpful and really knows her product lines. We ordered two remote-controlled solar powered blinds. When they were ready to be installed, John worked with us to schedule it. Richard came and installed the blinds. He also explained and demonstrated their operation and how to use the remote. It was a perfect solution for us!
