As someone who isn’t very digitally inclined, I truly appreciate Charlotte’s expertise—she is amazing, responds quickly, and offers unbeatable pricing. Her friendly and efficient customer service made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I absolutely love the beautifully designed packaging she created, and I’ll provide an update on the final product quality soon. So far, it has been a first-class experience, and I couldn’t be happier!

This is not a London Based Company, This company is based in Pakistan using a London address. I have reported this business to the legal authorities for falsely claiming to be located in the UK. Communication is also very poor which is why I am leaving this review.

Contact with Charlotte always quick and reliable. Have ordered a few times from this company and they have always been happy for me to explore different design options. A slight issue with some delivery fee mix ups recently due to changing boarder controls etc, but it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the quality and price of my boxes!

Delighted with the finished boxes we ordered. Charlotte was helpful and knowledgeable and once we had worked out exactly what we wanted, there were no hidden charges.Just make sure you really narrow down and nail what you're ordering first. At first she came across as pushy, but to be honest that helped me out in the end as I'd been dithering for too long. The template system was easy and delivery was quick. I think they come from Pakistan or India and we had no customs fees as it was all dealt with at their end. We will be reordering. Great quality.

Unfortunately the second order I made was worse than a nightmare therefore I will never deal with this company again. And my advice who wants to buy anything from them must use PayPal otherwise you will regret it.
