I’ve just had the experience from hell with Furniture Village. They promised to deliver my furniture on the 29th of January. We gave them our new address multiple times, both when we purchased the furniture and again when we made the final payment, making it absolutely clear that it needed to go to our new property.

Lo and behold, it turned up at our old house. Thankfully, the delivery driver was kind enough to bring it to the correct address, but then the warehouse refused to release the order. So even though the driver was right outside my new home, they still wouldn’t let me take my own furniture.

I cannot believe how badly this has been handled. I’m beyond frustrated and would never use Furniture Village again. Avoid at all costs.

The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and offered to bring it to the correct address but shockingly the warehouse then refused to release the order. So even though the driver was right outside our new home with our furniture we weren’t allowed to receive it.

The level of incompetence and lack of customer care has been unbelievable. I would never shop with Furniture Village again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
