I visited the store yesterday and arrived at the shop door 1hr before closing. I am afraid to say the store was closed and considering the opening & closing times of the store are clearly stated on the front window. S o I am confused as to why the store was shut. Imagine my disappointment at having made time during my day to specifically visit the store a specific gift only to find it shut.

Absolutely awful customer service. I went into the shop with a closed drink, collected an item and headed to the till to be told no food and drink in the shop. I advised her it was sealed and asked what she wanted me to do. She replied leave the shop! So I handed her the item I was going to pay for and left. This member of staff was rude, cold and condescending, who did not want to help in any way. Disgusted.

I love tiger but i just got a Christmas LeD Light up tree and when I put in batteries it didn’t work, I bought new batteries and it still isn’t working. The bottom has strings of hot glue in many places and has obviously not had a lot of time spent on it.
