One ticket is good for one year of admission. As a retired nurse, this exhibit and learning of her story was incredible! So much I never knew. Such a brave woman. Who knew she had a pet owl named Athena? The many books, souvenirs, and historical info made me proud to be a member of the profession she inspired. Also interesting to note the Black nurses who also trained under her to soothe the ill and injured across the world.

Very pleased to have had the chance to visit this place. I’ve always looked up to Florence Nightingale’s teachings since I was a nursing student up to now while practicing my profession. Plenty of information and interesting facts are found inside the museum. Would love to visit this place again if I go back to London!
Reception staff was also very accommodating and check in/ticket purchase was seamless.

Nice museum that includes a wealth of information. There are a lot of pieces relating to the Victorian Era, even an owl that was Miss Nightingale's pet and Exhibitions on sometimes. There is also Information for both Florence Nightingale and Mary Seacole was very interesting and even though it wasn't that big. It is still one of my favourite museum's plus you pay once to get in and can go free for the year and it is not as packed as the other big museum's.

Especially interesting to read about her early life, and that she really was very clever academically, not perhaps a fact so widely known. The museum covers her life after her career in the Crimean War Highlights are her pet owl and an emblematic lamp as she might have carried.

I am a nurse and always said that I would love to go here but never found the time. I had an appointment at St Thomas's hospital so thought it would be a perfect time to go. This museum is a lot bigger than it looks! It is full of amazing facts about Florence. I loved listening to her talking and being able to smell her favourite perfume. Well worth a visit and using a mobility scooter was no problem at all.

I took my elderly clients here for an afternoon trip it was such a lovely experience, it would be great for kids to go too. There's lots of interactive items to listen or touch there, I also booked the talk which explains what had happened to Florence nightingale and what she had achieved, this talk was great for our clients to learn and listen to. The only issue I had was that they could have a snack inside the museum so we had to bring everyone out to reception in the wheelchairs which was a little tight, but apart from that all the workers were really lovely and helpful.
