In 2020, I had my car protected with Paint Protection Film (PPF), and it proved to be an excellent investment for keeping the car in great condition.
I recently replaced that car and I knew I wanted to protect my new one just as thoroughly—this time with both PPF and ceramic coating.
As the business that did my previous car were no longer around, I considered 3 companies in London for this to be done. I am very pleased to have ended up choosing FAW Customs.

My car was hit by a van driver in London, not unusual really. Jake at FAW Customs was amazing, examined the car, spotted everything that could be done (all of which I knew already), priced each item separately sent via email and let me decide what elements I wanted sorted. No pressure, hard selling, really easy dealing with the team.

When I dropped the car off, Jake was again responsive, flexible to fit into my schedule and had the car ready (with a deep clean and polish), exactly when he said it would be ready. Great team and highly recommend them for all repairs.

I took my car to FAW Customs for a maintenance detail for a ceramic coated car with additional Gtechniq treatment of the glass and soft top. My intention was simply to preserve the existing finish on the car which I had bought only last month. When I came to collect the car I was astonished to see it; it was transformed! It will only look as good again when I next take it back to FAW Customs - as I surely will.
