I’m not from exeter but i came down for a day out and came across this lovely shop which caught my eye! Staff were so friendly and helpful but the manager (i think), not so much. I didn’t really feel welcome around her presence and the way she was looking and STARING at me as if she was suspecting me of stealing! Very disappointed

I was absolutely appalled when i experienced going into typo last week with my friends. The manager, Shari was extremely insolent and rude when we pondered her with questions on the discounted section and laughed and scoffed and we think we heard her mutter the word ‘poor’ under her breath, this is shocking behaviour coming from one of my favourite shops and we will not be coming again. also she highkey be stinking of offdate cheddar which didnt add too the experience

I went to this shop and accidentally dropped one of the cups and then the manager Shari demanded I payed for it even though it wasnt broken. It made me really upset and I won't be coming back to this typo:( She had absolutely no human compassion and I am quite disappointed as I usually like it here !!

absolutely awful, staff were super friendly but when I needed manager assistance, manager shari showed nothing but frustration as if she was forced to be there! I told friends and family about this situation and one of my good friends said she’s had a similar encounter, I will not be stepping back in typo!

Went in and asked the staff for some advice. Were rude, on their phones and showed no interest. The only shining light was the manager shari, who went out of her way to help.
