I attended Jude's Simple Crochet Basket making workshop on Saturday. I have been wanting to do this for a while but haven't had the confidence or knowledge to try at home.
It was a lovely class of 5 of us.
Jude explained everything so clearly and instantly put me at ease to learn something new.
Lots of individual attention too when needed.
Would highly recommend.
And I am so pleased withy finished basket!

Attended Jude's basket making workshop yesterday - my 2nd workshop with her. She has a lovely teaching style, is very patient and knowledgeable, and I absolutely love the basket she taught us to make. Had my 2nd crochet class today with the lovely Jude. She taught me how to make granny squares. If any of you are wanting to learn anything crafty, then this is the lady you need to go to. Have turned up several times to this shop where the opening hours online say it is open only to have had a wasted journey. Turned up at 1215 today with it closed with the hours saying open until 1500. Giving 1 extra star as the only time I've been in it was nice. Will unfortunately have to order the yarn I am after online rather than supporting local.

What a lovely place. So neat in the old mills with all the history. The shop owner was a wonderful help and extremely pleasant. I even met her parents who were helping to hang stuff. My daughter got the thick good quality wool she was looking for to crochet a blanket. Plenty of selection and workshops on offer. Totally recommend it.
