I called to ask some basic questions about upgrading my brakes and rotors for my car and was met with an extremely rude lady (I think) and said "no mechanic". I responded with "I'm sorry i didn't understand you". Which she responded by yelling NO MECHANIC WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO. Is this how you treat potential customers?!?!?! That's literally INSANE. I never leave reviews but holy cow what an experience!

This crew did an amazing job. Hopefully I won’t need to bring my car back for anymore body work but if I do, ER customs will be my first choice. They are trustworthy & George is a man of his word. Extremely satisfied with service.

EXCELLENT! Professional! Courteous! And reasonably priced! My power steering froze up. George and his excellent team found the parts used and fixed it quickly! In the end, I was charged 1/3 of what it could have been. Every time I use my power steering in a tight spot, I remember the excellent service I got from ER Custom.

Every visit has been extraordinary. The owner is super personable and supportive, something that sat with me was the fact that he personally went out to get what was needed for my car, i felt so grateful and supported that out of his busy day he would make sure i am taken care of instead of sending me away (which has happened before). Before i met the owner I had some good experiences with the staff where i felt safe and provided for with their service and knowledge on what was going on with my car. As i continue to go there i meet more and more staff and they all are amazing and super informative, it’s really important to keep up with your car and find a trusting mechanic, i found that trust at ER Custom. Thank you ER!

Best shop in Miami! I’ve been taking my car here for the past 2 years. They’re honest people, friendly and always do a great job! I started coming here when I got fed up with the dealership always trying to add on unnecessary services. If you’re looking for an honest and hard working shop, this is it.

AVOID “ER CUSTOMS”!!! They charged me for a part that did not fix the problem. Then they wanted me to change the tires. Then, a wheel. Then, get a new sensor. I went to another place, and they fixed without changing anything! AVOID “ER CUSTOMS”!!!

AVOID!!! My car was pushing to the right, bought a Groupon ($47) and brought here to align. They said I had to change a part, for the alignment to stay. They changed it, didn’t make any difference. I brought back, they said I had to change the tires, for the alignment to stay. Brought the tires for them to change. They charged me AGAIN for the alignment. So, they charged me for a part that was good, and TWICE for the alignment. Please, avoid this place. They charged me: $47 first alignment, $149 for the unnecessary part, $25 for unnecessary tire rotation, $80 for changing tires and balancing them, $47 AGAIN for alignment. Then they said I had to buy a new wheel, for the alignment to stay, because it was not possible to balance it. And they broke a tire sensor and were unable to fix it. Finally, I didn’t believe them, I went to another place, and this place fixed in 1 hour. I wasted 4 (four!) Days at ER Customs, and they didn’t fix. The new place fixed everything in 1 (one) HOUR, only one single hour. When we went there to ask for my money back (as they didn’t fix the car), they were rude with us, suggested that we shouldn’t complain (because we are from another country, repeating many times “here is the United States”), kicked us out of the place and called the police. AVOID “ER Customs!!!

Where do I even begin...went in for a simple oil change. Ended up staying there for about 5 hrs. According to the owner my Subaru 2016 had a striped oil pan bolt when the last person to service my car was the dealership 🤔. So they continue to try and fix my car ended up leaving the broken bolt in there and my car without any oil and drainage. I had to pay a tow truck to have my car sent home with no oil at all. Meaning if I turn on my car i risk messing up my engine. All I wanted was a simple oil change. Now I have my car sitting in the driveway with a high bill to the dealer that I have to pay for them damaging my car. He didn’t even offer me compensation for my wasted time and damaged service part. I definitely will be reaching out to the consumer bureau this is not okay. And to wipe your hands and say it was the certified dealership who stripped my oil pan and bolt. I don’t think so. I’m not one to write bad reviews or complain but if you can’t be provide a service please do not offer it because now this is going to cost me triple of what it was initially worth.

This place is truly a great trustworthy spot to take your car! They go above and beyond and don't take advantage like other places. Came here on a $12 groupon and left with a lot more done to my car then NEEDED to be done and I know bc I went other places and had estimates 30%-50% higher. The brothers that run this place are very nice and make you feel like a friend not a customer. And the office man Joseph is super nice. I will definitely be back here, only place I feel I can trust in Miami!
