Way too expensive and rude. They didn’t specify correctly the price for some printing and the printing quality was below average with print marks all over the page

Horrible and expensive printing service. They don’t adjust the digital document properly before printing it, so parts of contents were missing - hence not usable at all. When I went back to inform the issue, the guy was rude - ”well there’s nothing we can do”.

Went in here to get a battery- was changed £5 for a single Duracell 9V battery. I was in a hurry so accepted what seemed to be a very high price however did question it and asked for a receipt, on my receipt it didn’t specify any batteries just ‘electrical goods’. This seems to be a way of selecting a generic name for any goods and changing whatever you feel like. I have since Googled the going rate from other retailers (including independent shops) with the average rate being £2-3 max. I would avoid simple because this feels so dishonest.
