A first time user of this company and I will certainly look no further to use anyone else. I have been principally dealing with Richard who has been a shining example of how to treat new customers. His professionalism and sense of care have been exemplary. Any query that I have had has been dealt with a marvellous sense of humour and a real sense of pride and integrity. He clearly loves working for the company and puts the customer first. I too, have been helped by James who has been equally impressive. It is just marvellous to see that companies such as eModels do exist. There is not enough praise and thanks given out much of the time but this company deserves all the 5 stars that it receives. I hope that this review encourages new customers like me to use eModels as one will not be disappointed. You will be so impressed by the way you are treated. Just called in for some primer and soon sorted .price was even better than I thought it was going to be. Looks to be a proper treasure trove but probably best to find what you want online 1st. I live pretty locally so ideal for click and collect and I'm looking forward to making more purchases. Great to have somewhere like this so local to us. Keep up the good work

I bought the Riich Models 1/35 Universal Carrier Wasp from them on the 27/12/24 and when nothing had arrived by 14/01/25 i sent them a message asking about this as ebay said order being prepared but the actual order link said sent.

I got a refund and an excuse that the buyers delivery address had a problem with is blatantly untrue as it is exactly the same one which i have used on several occasions when buying items from them but no consideration of a reply to my message.

Sadly i shall look elsewhere for what i need and give my money to other companies.

I wanted to buy an RC model car kit but had need of some advice as well as having several questions about the model that I was interested in. I’d searched around several sellers for advice and for competitive pricing as this was an expensive purchase for me. However, James at eModels stood out by far – he followed up immediately on my query and checked several things out for me. With such great customer service, and competitive pricing, I decided to put in an order. This was not only dealt with straight away but I also received a personal message from James, the manager and also one from Richard who packed up and posted my kit model. The kit arrived in first class condition, being superbly packed, and was exactly as specified. Really very please indeed and can whole-heartedly recommend. This is exactly how to run a business and get repeat customers.

Even though others probably have bigger wallets than me he spent a massive amount of time explaining the intricacies of various aspects. I'll get all my stuff from there now, guys a legend.
