Beautiful & elegant shoes - I have shopped here recently for my wedding shoes and the customer service was fantastic! I had a worry that I had selected a heel height too high for me, this was not a problem for the staff and they took the time to help me find a perfect shoe, which are a beautiful pair of low block Harriet’s - so comfortable too!

Superb service at Emmy London today from Brontë. We turned up on a rainy Saturday morning looking for Mother of the Bride shoes and matching bag. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Brontë fitted us in between and did an amazing job in finding alternatives and checking the right size. Great shoes sorted and bag to match. I was desperately looking for comfortable wedding shoes, as I have very sensitive skin.
To give you an example, it took me 1 store to find my dress and 50+ stores to find the right shoes.
A lot of my friends told me they didn't resist all day on their wedding shoes, so i was getting quite worried.
Fortunately, I booked the appointment. These shoes were so soft, and the hill block was so comfortable that I couldn't believe my mission was finally accomplished.
On my wedding day, I wore these shoes until the end. What an achievement!!

Fantastic local brand! The service is fantastic as well. I booked an appointment with Bronte and she advised me on which shoes would best suit me for my wedding. It was very helpful. The shoes arrived the next day and I am very happy with the purchase. I was really struggling with finding the right shoes, so I postponed buying them until a week before our wedding.

Emmy was very friendly from the first time I met her at the shop. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, she devoted ample of time during my appointment to ensure that I can find the perfect shoes for my wedding. She accommodated all my requests and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Also, my shoes arrived perfectly on time as promised without any delays. The shoes despite being high heels were so comfortable that really made my wedding day even more pleasant. Needless to say, that everyone loved my shoes. From the second we arrived, until the moment we left the store, we could not have asked for better service. Our Sales specialist, Bronte was not only warm and welcoming but so knowledgeable on every product.

All of the shoes were beautiful but re really felt like Bronte understood the brief and helped us choose the most perfect shoe.
