Shocking, wish I’d read reviews before purchasing, ordered online received two completely different slippers clearly no quality control is performed here based on other reviews also, I’ve emailed, I’ve reported and also messaged on social media and still haven’t heard back from them!

I am unable to leave a second review or reply, but just to clarify not once did someone from your costumer service team contact me about a return I found the returns section on your page! I’ve had not one single response from you, I returned they then sent me one slipper on its own, again reached out to be ignored, a week later another odd slipper turns up. Great I now have a pair! But no original it box which was with the first order, no order number incase they don’t fit, it’s an absolute shambles of a store for online shopping!

Great experience today. Went in to purchase a new coffee grinder, before purchasing I realised it was about £25 cheaper in John Lewis. They priced matched it with no quibble and saved me a trip to Peter Jones. Generally a great shop with a wide selection.

Fabulous service from the manager Sandra and the Chanel lady, Sandra Both superbly customer focused and very friendly. Elys is a great family owned store. Very well run, set out and, very competitive on prices. Choice and brands are great. Sandra, from Chanel is simply lovely. She knows her customers! Very polite staff, not pushy. Great atmosphere in store. Welcoming environment. I recommend this store

Having lived in Wimbledon for several years Elys was my “go to “ department store ! Staff are always friendly, patient & helpful! Today in particular I was looking for Oakley sport sunglasses. Lata was extremely helpful & I got the perfect pair ! She even gave me a 10% discount! It is a one stop store in Wimbledon & is well located near Wimbledon tube station.

Don't waste your time - shop elsewhere. I read the reviews about cancelled orders, but took a chance. Shouldn't have bothered. Elys accepted my order, took payment, then emailed me to say they'd refunded my order as stock was no longer available. Two days later, they are still advertising the item for sale. Other reviews, and now mine too, indicate this is common practice.

Whether shopping, dining or just browsing, just love the ease of this well laid out department store ( especially on rainy days). The service is exceptional! In every department, I found staff friendly and helpful.

Wife and nieces love this department store, brilliant for shoes. Lovely helpful staff in the shoes section. They also have a great little Italian coffee place on the first floor and a very good restaurant on the 3rd flr. (Open from 9.30am – 4:30pm) You should try their wonderful breakfasts.. The men’s section on the ground floor stocks quite an interesting range of formal wear. They’ve recently launched a rewards card called Elys Rewards - you will earn Rewards points every time you shop in-store. The store gets pretty festive during the Christmas season. Great amount of choice, especially considering the other department stores in Wimbledon have closed down. They also accept dogs. But service here can be brilliant, or very poor, with some of the shop assistants clearly not aware the stores own policies. Also recommend opening up and checking your purchases before leaving this store. Bought an item, got it home to find parts were missing. Suddenly Elys doesn't respond to emails, the day before they were responding within the hour. Tried calling to see whether they can get the parts for me, only to be put on hold for 15 minutes, then the phone gets put down. Really disappointing for what is otherwise a good store.
