Igor from Dublin formals was absolutely the best! I know we weren’t the easiest to work with but he was so patient and understanding! We did 2 custom suits and our groomsmen rented their suits! The ladies were so amazing g when it came to the mother of the bride/groom and bridesmaids dresses! 10/10 recommend

I took a new expensive dress here to have some alterations done. They were supposed to shorten the overall length and tighten the shoulder straps.
The hems along the bottom are crooked. They said it was due to the fabric being stretchy.
They lowered the seam on the shoulder straps from the top center of my shoulder, down to the front side of the strap where it is very noticeable. The seams look horrible, they aren’t straight and are very visible.
When I complained about the quality of the alterations, she told me “it’s good enough and I’ll survive my party”.
I wouldn’t mind paying their cost ($146) for quality alterations, but they ruined my dress and are very rude. No willingness to accept any responsibility.
I’ll never return to this location. I typically have alterations done at “The Red Carpet” in Upper Arlington, they are half the cost and I’ve never had an issue. I recently moved to Dublin and this place was close by, biggest mistake ever.

I can’t say enough about how nice this shop is. Their formal dresses are extraordinary. Definitely a notch above the other bridal places. The owners are lovely and pulled some strings to help me get the dress that I really wanted. Thank you for helping to make My one and only time as mother of the bride perfect.

I had a nice experience! The staff were friendly and helpful. The only things I wish were different were 1. That we weren’t so rushed during our appointment time. It was a 1hr appt, which includes the browse time to find dresses. So I didn’t have time to try my final couple dresses back on to make a final decision. I wish the appt was for a little longer. Even 15mins more would’ve been helpful. 2. On site selection. It seems like the website has a lot of options but in store they don’t have all of the website inventory available to try on. That’s challenging. I can’t imagine buying a dress I never tried on.
All in all I will say the QUALITY of the dresses were perfect. Great materials. Not cheaply made like what you will find at other bridal shops in the area. We went to 4 stores that day and Dublin Formals had the best quality. I would go back again.

Highly recommend for mother of the bride dresses. The staff was so friendly and helpful with our group doing everything to find the perfect dress! We looked all around columbus and this store definitely has the largest selection. We had a great experience.

I took my son here last minute for a fitting.
My son told me Thursday afternoon at 4 he wanted to go to a Friday homecoming lol

The staff was very friendly and helpful at Dublin Formals and they had a great selection of “mother” dresses! The only disappointing factor was that many of the dresses were not in my budget.
