Very poor customer service please stay away. I went to return external hard drive which was advertised to be compatible with MacBook but it turns out it’s not. I was told I have to pay extra to buy a particular wire first to ensure it’s compatible. Refund was declined saying I’ve used item but I havent as it’s not compatible! Very poor service! Rather purchase from other retailers like Amazon where customer service is way better !

Hats off to an amazing manager Zoe. You actually dont understand how a stores customer service will effect you until it all goes wrong. We had a nightmare with some Love2Shop vouchers which went very wrong and we could have been fobbed off but Zoe took it upen herself to resolve between head office and their finance depts to rectify. Yes meant a return visit to sort but grateful for her help as could have been alot worse to sort. Thankyou - a credit to Argos!

RAGAVI no doubt is the most unhelpful lady that ever existed in this store has the worst attitude and has not read the returns policy. I will not be returning to this store and would recommend that if you need anything from Argos just go to another store

Excellent Service and quick collection. Sadly all items from website are not stocked in this store, but I placed my order with the self serve machine and collected it after 4pm same day without any queueing!

very helpful staff ive used this argos store about 4 times and each time the staff have been extremely friendly and polite the last purchase was a mobile phone the young lady helped me with the sim card and set my phone up for me the staff are a credit to this store.
