I was in the Modesto store on 2/1 looking to buy shoes. This young man name Christian walked up to me and asked if he could help me. He was very helpful and had someone bring out some shoes to me. The other young man was Syd. Between the two young men they found was I was looking for. More stores need young helpful men like that.

Juan(mgr) and Donald.(associate in golf) went way above and beyond for me today. I had a gift certificate, That ended up being stolen when it was bought. Someone got the info and used it to shop on line before I got to use it. They went so far and above to figure it all out, and gave me the full amount even though they didn’t need to. I will never forget the kindness, all the time (1 hr) to figure it all out.
I cannot thank them enough. They both deserve high praise. THANK YOU BOTH!! I will definitely be back.

We received a great customer experience with baseball bat and equipment. The gentleman who came to us offer the baseball batting and his knowledge was great. His attention to us was good and we purchased a nice baseball glove. Bat we were looking for Marucci but our league not approved that barril yet. But nice bat for kids. We were continue using the -10 pics attached. And definitely this associate should be promote to manager role at Dublin store since he will be able to turn that store on the right customer experience satisfaction. Our purchase was on 9/10 thanks to this gentleman.

Had such a great experience today with Ryan in the shoe section! Ryan helped my husband pick a shoe as he has been struggling with plantars fasciitis. He was knowledgeable in the different products and gave us recommendations.

They need more employees on the floor to help. But I did like the store alot. It was my first time there. They were out of alot of inventory of Black Nike hoodies. But an employee was nice and helped find an alternative Hoodie.
