No words to be honest.I bought adult roller skates, and when came to pick them up, they gave them without BOX! Brand new roller skates in the clear bin bag … How I suppose to give them as a present ? There are no box or any paperwork . Looks like I got them from a charity shop for 5£ , embarrassing and absolutely unacceptable!

I left a 5 star review because they were doing a novel 'leave a 5 star review and get a spin on a wheel of fortune'. Clever!

I won a snood. Not too bad, I guess.

The store is what you'd expect - good spot for picking up sports stuff. I bought a pair of £2.99 gloves.

Absolutely disgusting I had come of my bike due to my chain snapping went into the shop to try have a new chain fitted guy behind the counter whilst working on another bike just said that he couldn't help as they didn't do work on bikes at that time but I could see right in front of me that he could. Will never use this shop again

A beyond huge mecca of low fare, minimal fuss gear and equipment catering any adrenaline junkies hobby and experiences for all seasons. I love this place, it's awesome and commonly my go to for threads for camping and snowboarding!
One of the reasons I love this joint is that it does a great job of promoting ethical and sustainable selling and use of both equipment and garments which preserve our beautiful planet and allow us to take advantage of all these awesome experiences and opportunities in life!

I came into the store to look for some bikes options to replace my old bike. I wanted a bike with hydraulic brakes and also at a good price. Oliver, Jacob and Danny helped me find a good bike for me after assessing what type of bike I wanted and helped me out on components that I didn't understand. Them 3, absolute legends and I happily walked out with a bike that matched with what I wanted.

Me and my friends went looking for an ice skating jacket, we asked one worker who just told us to go upstairs, we went upstairs and still couldn’t find it so we asked another worker. He was extremely rude and sarcastic making us feel stupid and small. We didn’t get the help that we needed so we left empty handed. Good shop, bad service.

Bought a pair of trail running shoes and unfortunately it was only until I ran in them I realised they weren’t suited to my foot. I took them back to store and explained this, the staff were great and explained they can give me a full refund as they were still in very good condition (I had only wore them twice). Really happy they could offer this (I think they sell them as used). Would have completely understood if they couldn’t do anything, this is why I use decathlon so much. Cheers guys!
