This chemist is a good example of how NOT to do customer service. If you employ teenagers, at least provide them with some training. If you don’t, you’ll have my experience: waiting to be served while the teens ignore you and then serve someone else. And when that happens and you complain, you’ll get a bored response.

Staff is so rude. The phone is all the time switch off. 7 people in the shop and they can't serve you as they are too busy. They lost the customer.

I was referred to this Pharmacy by my GP for 24hr Blood pressure monitoring.

The assist manager and manager were extremely helpful and couldn’t make me feel more welcome. They spoke through the process clearly. They advised me of the best times to arrive to avoid any waiting times.

Highly recommend this friendly Pharmacy, 5 stars.

A very busy pharmacy. George the manager is the greatest guy. Very friendly. Goes out do his way to greet you whenever he sees you by name. I think the fact it’s busy shows he’s popular. Everyone always says “hello George”. I don’t know how he remembers all the customers names but he does. Great work George. Keep it up.

Absolutely excellent service! I came for my medical prescription and this young gentleman wearing a white shirt and black trousers (who I have not seen before) perfectly helped me with my order! After all the bad reviews I've seen of this place I'd say they are all wrong. The staff are very nice and the new gentleman I have seen switfly assisted me with my medicine arrival, I am thoroughly impressed by helpfulness of staff here. 😄

I’ve been with this pharmacy, for over nine years they are extremely helpful polite great delivery service and medication always arrives on time great with complex patients by issue’s always rectify even if it’s the go end manager George is amazing and professional always available for his patients at anytime polite staff I’d never leave this pharmacy is run like a family business ❤️❤️❤️
