We had an old family Molly Brett print that needed re framing.
Fantastic service from start to finish.
It was an old print that had been in its frame for years with its original label on the back board.
The print was sympathetically re framed and the original label retained and displayed on the new back board.

The service I received from the kind gentleman who owns the store was first class. He helped me choose the perfect frames for my prints. I had an idea in mind but he helped me see a much better option.
Picked my prints up last Saturday & they are absolutely perfect. I was even offered hooks to hang them up with.
Will be definitely using this shops services again.

Bought two off the shelf frames and was very pleased when they offered to put my pictures in the frames for me. They did a lovely job and texted me to let me know when they were ready to pick up (so that I wasn't waiting). Even gave me free picture hooks! Excellent service and will use again.

Spoke with a gentleman over the phone who was very rude. He ended the call by saying he had another customers (rather than attempting to put faith in me or help to reach a solution to enable me to achieve what I wanted). He discouraged me to buy from him. He was not helpful and I'm quite sure he could have helped me create the perfect gift for my mother who lost her father. The item i wanted framing was very precious and irreplaceable to my mother....and I was concerned for how long I would need to leave said item. I asked if there could be an alternative solution .....his advice "don't do it....i have another customer.....goodbye"
