I ordered the ford transit swb crew cab rear panels. The panels are for a camper conversion, so had 2 big brackets to deal with because of the bulk head panels. Arrived very quickly, but on opening 2 of the panels were damaged and un usable. I immediately took photos and emailed, I got a very quick reply from Hayley, asking if I wanted a small refund back or some new panels. I opted for the panels. And they arrived the following day in a lot more better packaging. I inspected them whilst the delivery driver was stood there. They were in perfect condition this time. Although I've ordered the full size rear quarter panels, I didn't like the way they sat, and it was a bit of a nightmare cutting around the rear bulkhead brackets. SO I've made my own top quarter panels and fitted the lower panels as they were pre cut. Although they were cnc cut, I've got the rubber wheel arch liners so had to adjust them accordingly to fit. All panels have been carpeted and look the dogs!

Very happy with the quality and VERY happy with the service I received from Hayley.

I have been ongoing with little project for some time now and I needed some panels urgently before I went on a European adventure. I didn’t know who to call and I found this local business online. I’m glad I rang them, the guys in the office were unbelievably helpful. Within 24 hours they had advised me and rang me to tell me they were ready to pick up. When I got to the factory, it was a smooth and professional operation. I will be using this company again for sure! Amazing extremely recommended!!

Received supposed cnc cut to size ply floor but it’s not cut to size , I phoned up and lady had a bad attitude and was told they don’t fit , I have to do some cutting , sorry but I’v ordered a pre cut as I’m not able to do the cuts !!! Terrible

Poor product and ZERO customer service!

Product took 10 days to arrive.
Two halfs not the same size at joint AND door step over hang 6mm too much which would have fouled the plastic trim fitment.
Took videos pictures of the problems and they stated they need one of the whole floor in one picture to offer any resolution. This would not have showed up the fault.
Vicky in customer service put the phone down and could not understand anything.
Better off cutting your own floor atchalfvtge price.

AS FOR THE INVESTIGATION TO MISSING PARCELS THEIR COURIER MADE UP A NON EXISTANT SECURITY GUARD TO COVER UP THEIR INCOMPETENT DRIVERS ERROR OF LEAVING A VALUABLE ITEM LEFT UNATTENDED ON A DOOR STEP WHERE NO ONE WAS AT HOME.

I purchased a double swivel base from this company for my mk7 transit being an expensive bit of kit I assumed it would be a good piece of kit.
I had problems with this base from day one the holes don't line up with the ones on the van and it doesn't lock back into place without excessive force and hurting your hands finally they agreed to have it back for repair on getting it back from them them resetting one of the pins they never address the fixing hole situation and it still doesn't fit my van after speaking to Vicky or Nicky the lovely woman from customer service I am left with a base which is still no good and I cannot use. Now Nicky (Vicky) has stopped answering the phone and just puts the phone down on me every time I call for bad mouthing there products I wouldn't have to put them down of they were fit for purpose would I Nicky so maybe stop being childish and possibly get Jason your director to call me and we can arrange something failing that I will just come to your business address and we can resolve it there?

I'm not being left £350 out of pocket with a piece of metal I cannot use and hasn't been safe from day one!

Since writing this original review above the company have tried to black mail me by saying they are not willing to deal with me fix the product or replace it or refund it even though they have already admitted there is a issue with it by taking it back once and repairing it but not correctly but they will not deal with me unless I remove this review that certainly is not going to happen I would of certainly changed this review to a more positive one if the company was willing to repair the item and change my mind on there customer service

As you can see from the photos there product clearly doesn't fit they can keep the money and also keep this review have a good one Nicky
