Second time ordering from Customized girl, yet very disappointed.

Ordered custom sweatshirt on December 4th, and only paid because the estimated arrival time was December 20th, which was a christmas gift.

If I would’ve known it’s December 28th and I still haven’t gotten my package, I would have never ordered from them.

They have sent no emails to clarify.

Reported them for fraud. Took my money for a tiny print on two small infant hats. Paid extra for expedited shipping. They said it was in production for nearly 2 weeks now. When I finally get a response to a chat message, I'm told they never even received the clothing item from the vendor (which is a different status from their "in production" status). So now I'm going to have to shell out double just to get a rush job of the gift before the holiday party. Thanks for nothing.

I ordered a customized backpack on Black Friday and it had an expected delivery date of December 18th. It's December 17th and it hasn't even shipped yet, so I contacted customer service and I was told it's on backorder and I will not get it by Christmas.... I never received an email, nothing telling me that!! Now at the last minute I have no gift for my daughter. Thanks a lot "Customized Girl". TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I was so impressed with their communication and customer service! The first tank they sent me wasn't quit the right style so once I sent them photos they acknowledged their error and printed and sent me a new one WITH the express shipping I had used the first time. It was here quickly and looks and fits great. Props to them for going the extra mile. Very trustworthy and good quality product.
