I ordered some polo shirts that were embroidered and some print t-shirts. I only placed a small order a couple of hundred quid- so I understand that I may not be a priority.

The Polos were good but the t-shirts (the cheapest) were not great quality.

I struggled to place an order & the responses back from the salesman was slow & I had to chase. Fast forward a couple of years and I want to place a second order- same issue, very very slow. I think if I manage to place an order (still waiting 7 days so far) I may go elsewhere in the future.

I have been using Custom Planet for a number of years and the quality is always excellent, the pricing competitive and quick lead times.

The team are always extremely helpful especially when guidance is needed and they will suggest what production method is most suited to the product whether that be Screen, Digital, Embroidery or Engraving/Etching.
