I really enjoyed working with Custom Ink. I sent them a design for some UV long sleeves and they made the design 100% better. Sadly after 6 years having this company printing our uniforms, we placed a rush order, paying rush delivery, they put the order on hold, due some licensing agreements with a bigger customer. That did not happen in 6 previous years, so you are good to them, until something bigger comes, then they throw you in front of the train. Simply they don't care.
This action of Custom Ink, jeopardized my success, putting us in a tight spot. So in another words, for this company, you are just money, that's it, all the mambo jambo of customer appreciation & valuation, it is just words, in reality the are faithfull to money only, just that. So be aware don't depend on them, because it might happen what happen to me. My suggestion use a local provider, rather this big company, at least you be helping the local economy

Over 10 years ago I created a t-shirt while in Johannesburg, South Africa. Recently while browsing old emails I see Custom Ink. Lo and behold I see the design. I quickly placed an order, not knowing I had several mock ups. I called a spoke to Matthew H,

This the second time we have used Custom Ink for our company shirts. This experience was the same amazing customer service and product knowledge as the first time. I was able to talk to a person from the company who walked me through my reordering process and it was seamless! From that point, we communicated through email and they sent me product pictures to be sure it was just as I wanted...and even made a suggestion for colors to help our logo stand out more on darker shirts. I would HIGHLY recommend Custom Ink! They have a variety of products, high stock of products, and customer service it truly wonderful!!

Choosing the right company to customize my polos for work was a long task! I checked so many!
At the end I decided to order some samples from Custom Ink and they arrived so fast: just 2 days later. I loved the fabric of both the samples I ordered.
I also like how easy it is to customize shirts from the Custom Ink website, and the customer service it the best, I got help from Savanna Lebrun and she was the best helping me place my order and getting the best deal.

Can't say enough good things about my experience with this company! Every single person I dealt with was helpful and genuine and good at what they do. My needs were many and specific, which meant it it was a lengthy process. They worked as a team to help me get over several humps and personal delays to finally reach the finish line.
