Order page, dispatch and delivery : Superb

Fragrance Oils, Similarity to the original perfumes, and longevity : Pathetic.

Does not smell even close to the original perfumes.
Does not stay on clothes or body for more than 30 minutes /1 hour.

No response to calls, unfilled order after 4 days I'd purchased items. I tried and shall stick 2 my regular suppliers. At least you can communicate with the company. I can't stand AI control of business or no calls to business it ridiculous or what's worse a business number u don't answer Wow

I had used this company for many years until early this year. Terrible customer service, good luck getting through to anyone via their phone. Emails are delayed and inconsistent.
Would rather spend more elsewhere and know the customer service is good.

Placed an order. It came within 2 days. Unfortunately, 3 of my candle glasses were broke. I tried to ring them no answer. i then went on to email them i had a response within the hour the asked for copy of my invoice and replaced the glasses i got them 2 days later. Amazing company n products are second to none

Fast dispatch and delivery of oils. Well packaged.

They have a huge range of fragrance
Oils for all occasions from Xmas to Easter, theme park scents and perfume scents that I’ve not seen elsewhere. Good prices and bottle sizes too.

They sell candle and was melt wax as well. I also bought some golden 494 wax which was cheaper here than my last place of purchase.

Also bought some glow in the dark mica powder.

Can’t wait to make some wax melts using them.

Absolutely joke of a company. Ordered 40 room spray bottles. And they sent half of the wrong size sprays. So half the bottles are useless. They are not rectifying there mistake by sending the right size sprays.
