A large unit shared with Trek and Costa with free parking and if your really hungry a McDonald’s and a Burger King right next door. Good range of everything for outdoor adventurers. You name it and they seem to stock it. Large area for shoes and trekking footwear and even a little test area. Staff are knowledgeable as I was taught all about boots and the various materials they are made of and whats good for different activities. The assistant knew his stuff.
That knowledge is something you just cannot get on the internet without a lot of searching.
You also can’t try clothing on online which is vital when buying outdoors apparel.
Well worth a visit.

Pretty good store if you are looking for outdoor gear. It has a good selection of seemingly high tech equipment although I am no expert in this field. The clothing is fine to wear in non-extreme outdoor settings and they have good sunglasses as well. However, the store is not cheap which I suppose is expected. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking to fill your wardrobe but definitely good for outdoor gear.

Went in to get some walking shoes. Didn't know what I wanted - had a basic brief. Talked it through and the member of staff patiently got numerous options out whilst I checked out each one. Thoroughly looked after!
Was recently in another outdoor shop - a stones throw from here. The service here was worlds apart. Thanks so much !

We had such a great shopping experience here today. The lady who served us patiently helped me choose the right walking boots, allowing me to try five or six pairs so I could find the ones that fitted me best. She was really knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They also have a clearance section with some great discounts to be had. The guys on checkout were helpful and knowledgeable too. Really impressed, thanks to all the staff!

The car park was very busy when I arrived at 1430 on a Sunday afternoon. It was much emptier when I left. The trip was successful as I was able to make my intended purchase. The staff did not come to help, but I don't mind that as I was able to take my time to decide which brand to buy. I did not ask for assistance.

Unlike a lot of MK, you can park for free right outside the shop. We found the exact Patagonia jacket we were looking for in colour and size. Staff very cheerful and helpful too.
