Reasonably well stocked, interesting layout with fair prices. Good disabled access, parking (in general) is available but is somewhat competitive.
They do local home deliveries using Starship branded little robots - see my photo where 2 appear to be waiting for a bus, but are actually awaiting being loaded with goods.

Expensive for most products, fresh vegetables usually past their best and don’t last long when storing them at home, the bakery section is ok but I recently bought a loaf of bread and it was mouldy, wasn’t worth the trip back to replace it. The place looks like it could do with a good clean especially around the self service tills and dairy products.
They have started charging to park but if you don’t stay more than an hour it’s free.
The store is ok if you just need the bare essentials but I certainly wouldn’t do a full shop there.

I am 79yr old and disabled and was charged £40 for shopping 78min. No one told me parking times were changed this year. I will never shop at any branch again. My family and friends also. Your loss. Disgusting and Disgraceful.

A clean supermarket polite helpful staff. Fast service at the tills not long waiting in a queue for service at the tills. Well stocked shelves and plenty of products.
Sells clothes as well as food and drinks.

Avoid this Coop! Rude and unhelpful manger and staff that would rather look away than help. Never any staff on checkouts and have the worst self check out machines that never work and take forever for a staff member to sort!! If you had systems that work and more staff members around to support maybe customers wouldn't get arsey with your staff

Very convenient. Clean, bright plenty staff available. Self service tills which are card only or there is always a till open. It has a peacocks inside and an Amazon collection point too. Good size car park with disable and baby spaces near the entrance. It also has a recycling point.

Manager was very rude and wouldn’t understand and help in any way when my order with its robots broke down. Instead he was just super rude on the phone and told me to stop interrupting and raising my voice at him when I never interrupted or raised my voice at him, I just told him my situation when he said that and he ended up putting the phone down on me. Will be putting a complaint into co op about his unprofessional rude behaviour. Never will be shopping in Kippax co op ever again!
