This review is 5 stars for two reasons, the print quality and the customer service.

I ordered two white t-shirts with a custom design on them as a gift for a friend. After receiving the shirts (which were completed in about a week), I found that the quality of the printing was very good, but unfortunately, the white shirts were very see through. I wouldn’t have known this before selecting those shirts, so it was just bad luck.

I emailed James, who had been the one to email me that my shirts were ready, and expressed that I was hoping for better quality shirts and asked if they had a refund or discount replacement policy in place for situations like this. James was able to give me a very good discount on a couple of replacement shirts and even suggested a thicker white t shirt that would be less see through.

I just picked up the replacement shirts today and the print quality is still just as well done as the first time, but thankfully the shirts are also not see through like the first ones.

Overall, I’m really glad I was able to get help resolving the issue and my friend is going to love the shirts!
