Arrogant man in shop I presume owner
If you are cash only, put a sign up saying cash only.
"I HAVE ALWAYS HAD CASH, EVERYONE HAS ALWAYS HAD CASH, IT WORKS FOR ME,"

TERRIBLE customer service attitude. Not everyone works the same way as you, such an arrogant man running this shop.
